Skool Kitchen is an open-flame restaurant on the beach in Canggu, run by Project: Black, the hospitality group founded by Tai 'Buddha' Graham. Its motto is 'primitive cooking, modern dining': every dish is touched by fire from natural wood and charcoal embers, on a stripped-back menu built on produce, skill and fire. Dinner runs from Sakoshi Bay oysters and hay-smoked kingfish tartare to wood-grilled organic half chicken and 24-hour slow-cooked Black Angus short rib, daily from 17:00 until late.
A Project: Black restaurant.
Open 17:00 – late daily. Best time — Charcoal grill & seafood. 2–12 guests By request.
