Billy Ho is a modern Japanese restaurant on Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu, founded by chef Will Meyrick. Its izakaya-style menu of small and large shareable plates runs from the robata grill to ramen, and a bottomless lunch offers unlimited sushi, nigiri or dim sum. The cocktail bar serves signature sushi cocktails alongside a wine list, in a room revamped with moody lighting and bronze accents. It is open every day from 11:00 to 22:30, with an early-bird dinner from Monday to Thursday.
