Giselle is a Mediterranean restaurant on Jalan Tanah Barak in Batu Bolong, Canggu, open daily from 5pm. The menu is designed by French co-founder Chef Darquin and built in two halves — raw crudo, and dishes touched by fire — with the fish offering varying by the day's catch because the kitchen works only with local fishermen. Plates run from oysters, tartares and gougères to charcoal-grilled red seabream, grilled octopus and homemade pasta. Tables are booked online through SevenRooms.
