Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 September 2026 · n8rhood, operated by PT The Luxury Leisure Internasional
This policy explains what n8rhood collects, why, who else sees it, and your choices. We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising trackers — and where we keep something longer than you might expect, we say so.
What we collect
A browser ID. The first time you open n8rhood, your browser gets a random ID in a cookie. It links your saves, plans, bookings and the venues you open on that browser for up to a year — whether or not you sign in.
Account (optional): your email and, if you add them, a name, a public @handle, a bio and a photo. You can sign in with an email code or with Google.
Bookings: the name, phone or WhatsApp number and email you give, the party size, date, time and any note.
Things you create: saved places, plans and trips (including the names on votes and comments people leave on a shared trip), posts (photos, clips, notes), visit stories, and the names and contacts of friends you add to invite them.
Usage: the venues you open and app events such as opening the app or saving a place, so we can rank honestly and tell venues how many people we sent them. What you type into search is not logged.
Creators: the bank details you give us for payouts. Technical: your IP address, used to stop abuse such as too many requests.
Location: if you tap "Use my current location", your position is used once, on your device, to pick the nearest area — it is never sent to us. Push: if you turn notifications on, the address your browser gives us to deliver them.
How we use it
To run your account, plans and Trips; to pass a booking request to the venue or our team; to show honest recommendations; to tell a venue how many people n8rhood sent it (counted as people, never sold); to send you booking updates and, if you turn push on, new posts from places and creators you follow; and to keep the app safe.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
The venue you book: your name, contact, party, date, time and note, so it can confirm. That venue keeps your name, number and booking history in its guest book on n8rhood, may add its own notes (a seating preference, an allergy), and may message you later on WhatsApp. Tell the venue or us to stop, and it will not message you again.
Our team, when a venue is not on n8rhood yet: we pass your request to the venue ourselves, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Anyone, if you choose a public @handle: your profile shows your name, bio, photo, verified visits, posts and the creators you back. The places you save stay private — only you see them. Anyone with a shared trip link sees the names on its votes and comments.
Service providers that process data for us: Vercel (hosting and photo storage), Turso (database), Mux (video), Resend (email), Google (if you sign in with Google), CARTO (map tiles) and, where switched on, Kapso and Meta (WhatsApp alerts to a venue, which carry your name and number), Anthropic (what you type into n8rhood AI), Sentry (error reports), and a payment provider if n8rhood ever takes payments.
Cookies & local storage
We use three first-party cookies and no advertising ones: aetheria_sid, the random browser ID above; aeth_lang, your language; and aeth-tenant, which of our sites you are on.
Local storage keeps your preferences, the name you last typed, and — if you arrived through a creator's link — that creator for 30 days, so they are credited if you book.
How long we keep it
We don't delete data automatically yet: it stays until you ask us to remove it. An anonymous browser ID older than 30 days that never saved, planned or booked anything is removed in a weekly sweep; the venue pages it opened stay in our counts, without it.
Your choices & rights
You can edit your profile, delete your posts (the photo or video is deleted with them), and sign out at any time. Location never leaves your device, and push can be turned off in your browser or device settings.
To see, correct or delete your data, email info@theluxuryleisure.com. We will delete your account, saves, plans, posts and bookings from n8rhood. What a venue already received for a booking — in its email, WhatsApp or guest book — is the venue's record and we cannot recall it, and we may keep a booking's record where a venue was invoiced for it or a dispute needs it.
