CURE Bali is the seaside restaurant at Regent Bali Canggu from chef-founder Andrew Walsh, whose CURE Singapore earned a Michelin star. Its dining room serves modern European cooking shaped by Asian influence, built on seafood, premium meats and seasonal produce, with curing used to deepen flavour and dishes served to share. Bar Nua is its more intimate cocktail space, and smart casual dress is required.
