n8rhood takes no payment of any kind today, so there is nothing for us to refund. This page explains how to change or cancel a booking, and what will happen before that ever changes.
n8rhood takes no payment
n8rhood does not take your payment — not for venue bookings, experiences, events or tickets. You pay the venue or host directly, on their terms. So there is nothing for n8rhood to refund.
Changing or cancelling a booking
To change or cancel a booking, contact the venue directly, or email us and we will help you reach them. Your Trips screen shows the booking and the venue's own contact details; it is not a message thread.
Cancellation terms — including any deposit the venue itself takes — are set by the venue, and any refund of money you paid them is between you and the venue.
If something goes wrong
If a venue can't honour a confirmed booking, tell us and we'll help you rebook or resolve it. We stand behind honest bookings.

Before n8rhood ever takes a payment
If n8rhood starts taking payments — a deposit, a ticket or a fee — this page will be updated with the full charge, refund and receipt terms first, and the amount and its refund terms will be shown to you before you pay.
