Chop House is a steakhouse and cocktail bar behind the courtyard of MASONRY. Canggu on Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, run by MASONRY. Hospitality Group. It replaced the group's earlier concepts The Back Room and Hawker, and cooks premium cuts of beef with classic wood-fired technique. Its drinks lean on Champagne and medium- to fuller-bodied wines, with cocktails inspired by the late-night bars of New York and London. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00 until late.
