Sazón is a Mediterranean bar and restaurant on Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, part of Regent Bali Canggu. It is led by chef Andrew Walsh, whose Singapore restaurant CURE earned a Michelin star in 2021. The menu is cooked over fire and made to share, from snacks and crudo to pastas, seafood paella, dry-aged duck and wagyu cuts. Dinner runs Wednesday to Monday, with lunch on Saturdays.
