Sawah Terrace is the Indonesian restaurant at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, in Kedewatan, serving heritage dishes of the archipelago such as Lawar Klungah with coconut and octopus, Babi Upih and Cendol Dawet. Guests dine by the Ayung River, with traditional Balinese dance performed every evening from 6pm to 9pm. It is open daily from 7am to 10pm, with brunch on Sundays from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
