Chupacabras is a modern steakhouse in Kedewatan, Ubud, that combines the spirit of South American cuisine with the heart of Bali. Its prime cuts, from ribeye to tenderloin, are slow-grilled over a two-metre Argentinian wood-fire grill and served with house-made sauces and seasonal sides. Executive chef Mauro Santarelli, born in Argentina, brings a farm-to-flame approach and adds Indonesian spices to his South American grill cooking. Cocktails and a curated international wine list come with sunset views, and it is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00.
