Room4Dessert is a dessert tasting-menu restaurant on Jalan Raya Sanggingan in Kedewatan, Ubud, from pastry chef Will Goldfarb. Goldfarb trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and at El Bulli, opened the original Room4Dessert in New York, and was one of four chefs featured in Netflix's Chef's Table season four (Pastry). Its dessert tasting menu runs in seasons, currently Season 20, 'Fight Club Round Two', and is paired with natural wines. The R4D Academy runs pastry bootcamps, and the restaurant is open 16:00 to 22:00, closed on Mondays.
