Batubara Wood Fire

Batubara Wood Fire is a steakhouse on Jl. Raya Pengosekan in Ubud whose grill burns exclusively on locally sourced coffee wood. Wagyu, Angus from Scotland and Bali cow are cooked medium-rare with a 200g minimum order, and the night's cuts are listed on a chalkboard. Starters to share lean Argentinian and Spanish, from homemade empanadas and grilled chorizo criollo with chimichurri to pan con tomate and gambas al ajillo.
