Alaya's own page calls it “a relaxed all-day dining venue with artisan pastries and comfort food” built on a butcher-shop idea, where “guests can select premium cuts sold by the gram and have them grilled to their preference for a separate cooking fee”. NOW! Bali writes that it “transitions from specialty coffee, pastries and breads by day to a steakhouse experience by evening”.
