Pasir is a Mediterranean restaurant on Jl. Monkey Forest in Ubud, opened in 2022, that cooks with Balinese-sourced produce: local seafood, Kusamba sea salt, Lombok scallops and tuna, and Bedugul tomatoes. The menu runs from dips and flatbreads to grilled octopus, prawn bisque tagliatelle, lamb kofta and a hanging pork tomahawk, plus signature cocktails. The kitchen is led by chef Made Sayoga, and it is open daily from noon to 11pm with bookings through Chope.
