Muda by Suka is a modern Asian fusion restaurant in Canggu from the By/Suka collective, open since 2023. Its menu blends East and Southeast Asian flavours with Western influences, drawing on Japanese, Thai, Korean and Vietnamese cuisines with an emphasis on fresh local produce, in dishes designed for sharing. A 'Feed Me' set menu takes the table through a run of bold flavours, and the cocktail list draws on Japanese flavours and local spirits. At opening, NOW! Bali credited the menu to chef Robby Tan and the room, with marble, leather and a backlit onyx bottle display, to Studio Isla.
