Masonry

Masonry is a wood-fired Mediterranean restaurant and bar on Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu, one of two MASONRY. venues in Bali alongside Uluwatu. Group Chef Benjamin Cross cooks with smoking and wood-fire grilling, on a menu of house-made pickles and cured meats such as wagyu beef pastrami, wood-fired flatbreads, and mains including barramundi with smoked tomato and 48-hour slow-cooked short rib with chimichurri. Chop House, the group's steakhouse and cocktail bar, sits behind its courtyard, and Masonry is open every day from 12:00 until late.
