Luma is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant on Batu Bolong in Canggu, from chefs Cameron Emirali and Kieran Morland. Its simple, rustic dishes blend Southern European traditions with indigenous ingredients from Bali and the surrounding islands, with a focus on seasonal, local produce. The menu runs from fried squid with aioli and burrata with caponata to tagliatelle with mud crab, prawns and salt cod, plus a chef's choice menu with wine pairing. It occupies a former villa refurbished by local practice Design Assembly, with a marble mosaic floor and white, arched interiors.
