Koral Restaurant is the aquarium restaurant of The Apurva Kempinski Bali in Sawangan, Nusa Dua, billed by the resort as Bali's first. It serves artisanal set menus and a signature degustation menu of dishes inspired by Indonesian coastal flavours and made with local ingredients, in a room the resort calls both casual and refined. Tunnel tables are offered to couples aged 17 and over, and dinner is for adults only. It is open daily for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 17:30 to 22:30, and reservations are required.
