The place
The pour
Kalih by Siki is a bespoke cocktail bar from SIKI, the Japanese-Balinese restaurant in the ITDC area of Benoa, Nusa Dua. It bills itself as 'A Cocktail Lab by SIKI', built around arak, experimentation and dialogue, and it also runs arak workshops that are booked online. SIKI is led by chef-owner Vincent Hiew, formerly an Executive Chef at Nobu, and gives Japanese cuisine a Balinese touch.
