Bejana is the Indonesian restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali in Nusa Dua, named after a traditional Indonesian cooking pot. In August 2026 it became Bejana by Petty Elliott, a collaboration with the Indonesian chef, author and educator that focuses on authentic regional flavours and local ingredients. The restaurant includes the Culinary Cave, a space for cooking classes and culinary learning, as well as a chef's table.
