Spice by Blake is a modern Indonesian restaurant and bar on Jl. Monkey Forest in central Ubud, led by Chef Blake Thornley, chef and co-owner of Mozaic. Spice first opened in 2015 under Chef Chris Salans and now runs under Thornley, with an open kitchen, cocktails built on Indonesian spices, herbs and tropical ingredients, and vegetarian- and vegan-friendly dishes. Its 'Feed Me' menu brings 8 dishes over 4 courses, sharing style, for IDR 388k++ per person.
