Brasserie
Brasserie is the all-day restaurant of Alaya Resort Ubud, on Jl. Hanoman in Ubud. It serves modern bistro fare: mornings open with a semi-buffet breakfast built on seasonal ingredients alongside à la carte dishes, and an all-day menu follows with Indonesian and international plates, pasta, sandwiches and burgers, afternoon tea and signature cocktails. Its "From Bhumi to Brasserie" set menu, Taste of Harmony, blends five recipes to represent the five spirits of life and living beings. The restaurant seats up to 90 people, overlooks the resort's rice paddies and opens every day from 07:00 to 23:00, with live music from 19:00.
