The place
Modern Indonesian bistro
Lynked is a modern Indonesian bistro on the second floor above Jalan Raya Ubud, just above Ubud's market and palace. Run as an experience by Luma Society Bali, it is led by chef Arie Sastra, who blends heritage flavours with locally sourced ingredients in dishes such as Wagyu rendang with bunga kecombrang and a Jimbaran-inspired grilled fish with sambal kelapa. Its wine and cocktail list features indigenous herbs and arak infusions, and it is open daily from 11:00 to 23:00.
