Santanera

Santanera is a three-storey Latin American restaurant with a rooftop bar on Jl. Tanah Barak in Canggu. It was born from a group of friends including Colombian chefs Andres Becerra, its co-founder and executive chef, and German Rincon, with co-founder and managing director Gabriel Steinberger. The kitchen pairs Latin American flavours with Mediterranean influences and local ingredients, cooking over wood fire for shared plates from ceviches and grilled seafood to signature meats. A spiral staircase leads from the 160-seat dining room up to the rooftop bar.
