Barō Bakery
Barō Bakery is an artisanal bakery in Pererenan, Canggu, that began in 2021 baking sourdough and pastries daily with heritage ancient grains. It uses high-quality grains and sustainable flour and sources meats, cheeses and local ingredients from trusted island producers, with loaves such as ancient-grain and porridge sourdough alongside pastries like a Meyer lemon kouign amann. The bakery opens from 07:30 to 16:30 with weekend brunch from 11:00, and Barō runs as a restaurant in the evening from 17:30 to 23:00, closed Mondays.
