Pony is a wood-fired restaurant and cocktail bar on Jl. Raya Semat in Berawa, Canggu, open every evening from 6pm. It describes its cooking as modern Western flavours meeting "a quiet Japanese sensibility, balancing smoke, freshness, and restraint". The kitchen works over open fire — house sourdough with kombu butter, ash-roasted beetroots, charcoal-grilled market fish, smoked pork tomahawk — alongside char-grilled Australian steaks up to a 400g 30-day dry-aged rib eye.
