Indigo is a contemporary Japanese restaurant at Jl. Pantai Berawa No.7A in Berawa, Canggu, established in 2017. It serves Japanese fusion with a slight European influence under chef de cuisine Morita Shigehiko and its itamae (sushi chefs), with fish delivered daily. The menu runs from classic sushi and maki to New Style Sashimi and yakimono cooked over a charcoal grill, in a room of indigo-coloured furniture, minimalist wood and shoji-style doors. It opens for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and closes on Sunday.
