Pica South American Kitchen

Pica South American Kitchen is a 24-seat restaurant on Jalan Dewisita in central Ubud, a few steps from Monkey Forest Road. It was founded by Chilean chef Cristian Encina, who first cooked at 13 in his father's lunch eatery in Santiago, and Monica Fernandez. The menu leans Peruvian within broader South American traditions, with ceviches, grilled meats, fresh seafood, pork belly, pollo a la brasa and tres leches, made in an open kitchen. It opens every day for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00.
