Oyster Dealer Beach Haus is a beachfront oyster bar on Pantai Batu Belig in Kerobokan, Seminyak, opened at the end of December 2022. It is run by chef and owner Andhika Biantara, and oysters appear across the menu from appetisers to mains and dessert, with varieties including Pacific, Kumamoto, Olympia and Atlantic. Other dishes include The Dealer's Shoyu Pasta, Sleeper Prawn and Shrimp Roedjak, served on the sand facing the sea and the sunset.
