Nui da Mano is a Polynesian-inspired beachfront restaurant on Batu Belig Beach in Kerobokan Kelod, Seminyak. It calls itself a tribute to the Polynesian spirit, and its menu, curated by Executive Chef Manu, reinterprets island dishes with local ingredients rather than replicating them. The open-air building faces the ocean around a Moai stone centrepiece, and there are separate breakfast, lunch and dinner, and group dining menus.
