Amici Bali is an Italian restaurant on Jl. Petitenget in Seminyak, open from 11:00 until late for lunch and dinner. Its own site says the menu is “designed by gastronomy maestro Enrico Bartolini, whose restaurants currently earned 14 Michelin stars”, with Head Chef Alessandro D’Amico in the kitchen. Pasta is made fresh daily and bronze-cut in-house, including a sauce-less ravioli al tovagliolo the menu says is meant to be eaten with the hands. The grill section lists Tokusen Wagyu cuts, whole red snapper and sea bass, rock lobster and fish baked al cartoccio.
