Barbacoa is a Latin American wood-fire restaurant and bar in Petitenget, Seminyak, opened in 2013. Its kitchen burns rambutan and coffee wood in an open-flame asado pit, a parrilla grill and a wood-fired oven, with food that runs from an Argentinian steak house to a Mexican taqueria: Black Angus and Wagyu steaks, whole roasted heritage pigs, and seafood and seasonal vegetables over charcoal. The warehouse-style room has high ceilings, sandstone walls, recycled wood, mosaic floors and leather banquettes.
