Nusantara by Locavore

Nusantara by Locavore is an Indonesian restaurant on Jalan Dewisita in Ubud, part of the Locavore NXT family. Named after the Indonesian word for archipelago, it presents an ethno-culinary portrait of the country's regions, including lesser-known specialities and forgotten recipes, cooked only with Indonesian ingredients. Head chef Putu researches the recipes and, with sous chef Eka, teaches cooking classes from Wednesday to Sunday that begin at a traditional market. A private room seats groups of 8 to 12 for the Nusantara set menu.
