Night Rooster is a craft cocktail bar by Locavore NXT on Jl. Goutama Selatan in central Ubud. Its alchemists, Raka and Esy, make drinks from local ingredients and house-made concoctions, serving classic drinks with their own twists alongside an Eccentric Eats food selection. Indonesian folk tales and supernatural stories are woven into the drinks, atmosphere and experience of its intimate space. It is open every day from 17:00 until late.
