Mama San is a modern Southeast Asian restaurant by chef-restaurateur Will Meyrick on Jl. Raya Kerobokan in Seminyak. For more than 15 years its menu has moved through Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, from dim sum such as har gow, siew mai and money bags to salads, curries and wood-fired proteins. The dining room is inspired by 1920s Shanghai, with green banquettes, dark timber walls, chandeliers and a 16-seat oak communal table. Upstairs, The Lounge runs as a speakeasy with vinyl-spinning DJs.
