Zali is a Lebanese all-day restaurant and bar in Pecatu, Uluwatu, one of three branches alongside Pererenan in Bali and Abu Dhabi. The brand calls itself an ode to Beirut, built on the home recipes of its chef Liza, a Lebanese-Armenian mother and grandmother whose name Zali is an anagram of. The Uluwatu branch has indoor and outdoor seating, and the Bali menu covers breakfast, lunch and dinner, set menus, desserts and a happy hour. It also sells Mouneh, homemade jars of preserved Lebanese pantry goods, and it is open every day from 08:00 to 00:00.
