AVLI is a modern Greek restaurant set in an open-air courtyard just off Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu. Its name comes from the Greek avlí, the open courtyard of a traditional home where life unfolds, and its food is meant to be shared. NOW! Bali reports that Greek brand chef Angelos Lantos, who spent 17 years at Spondi in Athens, leads a kitchen of warm pita, house-made dips and seafood cooked over fire. OPA nights run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a flower party on Sundays.
