Bartolo is a bistro and cocktail bar on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu, serving French and Italian cooking, wines, vermouths and cocktails. Vermouth anchors the bar, whose list reworks classic and original cocktails across vermouth styles, with 2-for-1 vermouth cocktails at happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00. Dinner runs from apéritifs such as marinated olives, charcuterie and steak tartare to pici cacio e pepe, beef bourguignon and steak frites. Its sister restaurant is Lulu Bistrot in Canggu.
