Wolfgang's Steakhouse opened its Bali restaurant at Parc Valle Petitenget on 21 August 2026, the brand's third venue in Indonesia. Its steaks are USDA Prime beef dry-aged for 28 days, and the signature Porterhouse is a T-bone carrying both filet mignon and New York strip. The dining room is finished with mahogany wood panelling, patterned tiles and soft lighting.
