Ulu Fish Market is a seafood restaurant on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, Uluwatu, with roots in the Paia Fish Market on Maui's north coast. It combines that Hawaiian fish-market style, dating to 1989, with a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian sushi, and it aims to source local ingredients and serve generous portions. The menu runs from sushi, sashimi and rolls to fish tacos, burritos and fresh-catch plates, where guests pick the fish, its preparation and a side. The 650 m² space has hand-crafted decor, a cosy indoor room and a garden, and it is open daily from 12:00 to 23:00.
