The Cave
The Cave is a subterranean restaurant inside The Edge resort on Jalan Pura Goa Lempeh in Pecatu, Uluwatu, reached down a hidden staircase. The cave was found in 2013 while a villa was being built, and guests dine among its stalactites while light projections play across the walls. Culinary director Ryan Clift, founder of Tippling Club in Singapore, and head chef Nikhil Sengupta serve seasonal 7- or 10-course menus, with optional wine or cocktail pairings. Lunch runs from 12:30 to 14:30, and dinner has two sittings, 17:30–19:30 and 21:00–23:00.

An absolutely unforgettable night. Dining inside a cave is already pretty incredible, but the way they have built the whole experience around it is what really makes it special.
