Tanah is an all-day bakery and grill on Jl. Raya Uluwatu in Pecatu, Uluwatu, opened by a team with previous restaurant ventures in Jakarta. Its menu pairs modern Australian cooking with European influences, running from bakery goods and brunch to grill dishes, pizza and cocktails from a full bar, using local and sustainable ingredients. The room is built from recycled teak reclaimed from old Javanese and Balinese houses, with limestone walls from the South Kuta cliffs. It is open daily from 08:00 to 22:30, with live music every Saturday.
