Sunday Mood (styled sundaymood Bali) is a private infrared sauna and ice bath studio on Jl. Sempol in Pererenan, Canggu. Each 75-minute session takes place in a solo infrared sauna pod in its own room, with coloured LED light therapy in the sauna ceiling and ice baths alongside. Its full-spectrum heaters emit near, mid and far-infrared wavelengths, and guests can bring one or two friends to a session. Children under 15 are not admitted.
