Sumizen is a Japanese yakiniku restaurant in the garden area of AYANA Bali in Jimbaran, part of the Kawano Group's Japanese restaurants in Indonesia. It grills premium cuts such as A5 wagyu and A5 picanha over charcoal, with staff cooking them to each guest's preference at a binchō-tan grill set into every table. Diners sit in eight Japanese-style private rooms, each with a balcony opening onto a Japanese garden.
