Suka Espresso
Suka Espresso is the Uluwatu café of the By/Suka Collective on Jl. Labuansait in Pecatu, open since 2016. It describes itself as an Australian-inspired café and restaurant for specialty coffee, Aussie-style brunch and easy dinners, with coffee ethically sourced from across Indonesia. Breakfast includes smashed avo, a Szechuan chilli scramble and a triple pancake stack, and the dinner menu moves to tuna poke bowls, burrata, housemade tagliatelle carbonara and burnt Basque cheesecake. It is open from 07:30 to 22:00.

I was only in Uluwatu for one day due to a flight issue, and we found this place by chance while walking to our hostel. It was full, which is always a good sign, and after checking their Instagram we decided to give it a try.
Suka Espresso Uluwatu was our favorite place in Bali, whether for amazing breakfasts or a pleasant dinner and drinks. Everything we tried — both food and drinks — was absolutely excellent.
We first tried Suka in Ubud and it was sooo good that when we found another Suka in Uluwatu we were so keen to try — and it is the best restaurant in all of Uluwatu.
