Seasalt is the beachfront restaurant of Alila Seminyak, on Jalan Taman Ganesha in Petitenget, Seminyak. The resort describes it as a place where fire meets the ocean, with fresh seafood and seasonal produce cooked on an open grill, and its dishes are seasoned with traditional organic Kusamba sea salt from East Bali. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a Coastal Brunch on Sundays and a jazz night on Wednesdays.
