Saltwood Bingin is a cliffside gathering place above Bingin, inspired by the slower Bali of the 1970s and '80s — the day starts early and ends slowly. The kitchen runs on three pillars: an oven for bread, pastries and cakes baked daily; a garden for fresh plates, salads, pickles and ferments made for sharing; and fire for BBQ, grilled seafood, meat and vegetables. Come for morning coffee and baked goods, a long lunch, sunset drinks or the evening grill.
Open 06:00 – late. Best time — Sunset drinks on the cliff. Walk-in or book a cliff table 80–150K.
