Motel Mexicola Uluwatu is the Mexicola Group's third Bali venue, a 350-seat restaurant and bar on Jl. Pantai Bingin that opened in July 2026. Its menu is inspired by Baja California and built around hand-pressed tortillas, seafood and the asador (open-fire grill), with tacos, ceviches, tostadas and whole grilled fish. The building, designed by Mexico City architect Carlos Cole, is inspired by Baja's historic Spanish missions and features more than 65 custom tile designs and murals by artist Brent Smith.
