Rue is an all-day dining restaurant at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa on Jl. Danau Tamblingan in Sanur, opened on 19 April 2025. Named after the French word for 'street', it is styled as a street-side café, and its menu of Australian café favourites with European influences is led by Justin Mauté, Culinary, Food & Beverage Director of Maya Resorts. Signatures include the Big Rue Burger, a fried chicken bucket and lava-stone-oven pizzas, with cakes, cocktails, wine and coffee. It is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
