Junsei is a yakitori izakaya and listening bar at Jl. Danau Tamblingan No.49 in Sanur, sister to Junsei in London's Marylebone. Its skewers are grilled over binchōtan charcoal, and the menu is built on nose-to-tail yakitori and seasonal sides, served with cocktails inspired by Japanese ingredients and curated vinyl. The name 純正 means 'pure'. It opens from 17:00 to midnight Tuesday to Thursday, 11:30 to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 11:30 to 22:00 on Sunday.
